Privacy Overview: Pixora AI uses photos you explicitly select solely to generate requested AI artwork and portraits. We do not store biometric facial identifiers, we never sell your personal photos, and all uploaded photos are permanently purged from processing servers within 24 hours.

Welcome to Pixora AI ("we", "our", or "us"). We are dedicated to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our procedures concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Android application (Package Name: com.pixora.ai.app) available on the Google Play Store.
2. Information We Collect
A. User Photos & Camera Access
- Photo Selection: The app utilizes Android's official modern Photo Picker. We only access the exact single photograph you choose to submit for an AI generation. We do not access, scan, or index your private device photo gallery.
- Camera Use: If you take a picture using the in-app camera, camera permissions are accessed strictly at that moment to capture the shot. We never access camera hardware in the background.
B. Facial Contouring & Generative AI (Google Play AI Policy)
- Purpose of Processing: When an image is submitted, AI algorithms detect key visual facial landmarks (pose, lighting, contours) strictly to apply your chosen artistic template (e.g., professional corporate headshot, cyberpunk portrait, anime avatar).
- No Biometric Identification: We do NOT create biometric profiles, identify your real-world identity, track you across services, or use facial recognition for surveillance or authentication.
- Automatic Deletion: Uploaded user photos and temporary server representations are automatically deleted within 24 hours following generation completion.
- No Public AI Training: Your uploaded photos are never used to train public generative AI foundation models.
C. Technical & Diagnostic Information
We automatically collect anonymous device model, Android OS version, app version, language, and crash diagnostics (via Firebase) to fix bugs and improve performance.
3. Local Storage on Your Device
Generated artworks and favorite templates are stored locally on your device in your private SQLite Room database and your device gallery (Pictures/PixoraAI). You can delete any saved creation at any time from the app's History screen.
All network communications between the app and remote servers utilize TLS 1.3 / HTTPS 256-bit encryption.
4. Third-Party Services
Pixora AI works with trusted SDK providers for core app functionality:
- Google Play Services: Account licensing and in-app billing.
- Google AdMob: Serves non-intrusive banner and rewarded video ads.
- Google Firebase: Anonymous analytics and crash logs.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR & CCPA)
You have full control over your data. You may:
- Delete your creations locally inside the app's History tab at any time.
- Request complete deletion of any server-side logs associated with your device by emailing [email protected]. We process all deletion requests within 7 business days.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Pixora AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data or photos from children.
