NN Hellas continues its practical support to the new generation through the “Leaders for a Day” program, in collaboration with JA Greece.
For the 7th consecutive year, it welcomed to its headquarters 22 high school and high school students, from public schools in Athens and the surrounding area, with the aim of closely observing the daily working life of 22 company executives and being informed about the responsibilities of each department. The students had the opportunity to talk with them, as well as with the President of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, Ms. Filippa Michalis, to learn about issues that will concern them in their immediate professional career.
With actions fully aligned with our values ”We Care, We Are Clear, We Are Committed”, the support of the new generation, as well as the education of the young, are a strategic pillar of the company’s social contribution. It collaborates with JA Greece and through the “My Career” program, created in 2019, provides students with the opportunity to discover their skills according to their personality and interests, through career orientation tests, while supporting young entrepreneurship in from the “Social Innovation Competition” program, since 2016.
Young people, moreover, are the future and the hope for a better world in all areas! For this reason, NN Hellas constantly creates actions and stands by them, helping them achieve their dreams and goals.
